Gordon enjoys making Medicare Easy! He has consistently taken great pleasure in educating clients and sharing the knowledge he has gained over the last 20+ years by providing assistance with Life and Health Insurance products. On a daily basis, Gordon guides clients in making solid decisions for their individual needs as they approach Medicare age while talking them through important considerations. Gordon realized early on he was able to navigate the insurance world fluently and has the ability to talk in terms that are simple for folks to understand their specific insurance needs. Gordon has been the owner of an independent agency and has been delivering excellent insurance services for the last 20+ years. He began as a one man operation working primarily in his car knocking on the doors in rural areas such as Bates and Cass County while completing and submitting applications from his garage with nothing but a card table and a facsimile machine. Gordon Brown Insurance has since grown substantially and he now enjoys face to face conversations in the comfort of an office setting or in the comfort of client’s homes (or by phone and/or electronically, depending on preference of the client). Gordon takes great pride in easing client’s anxiety about Medicare Insurance. He makes it easy to understand and enables his clients to make sound decisions for their specific needs. In his spare time Gordon enjoys fishing, cycling and in general being around the outdoors. Sometimes you can even catch him out listening to live music and relaxing with friends
Darcee Brown

Darcee joined the team during the summer of 2019 coming from the corporate insurance Property and Casualty Management sector. She comes with a disciplined approach and works hard to keep the team here organized and working efficiently. She comes to us from Chicago so don't be scared of her fast talking and her sometimes curt responses. Darcee truly wants to provide the best experience for our clients and she is the one to be the advocate for the clients best interest with the insurance companies if there ever is a dispute. Tenacious she is and wants to always help. In her spare time Darcee enjoys healthy cooking, fishing, cycling and reading books all summer long while basking in the sun.

Brenda comes to us "preloaded" with a genuine wealth of knowledge as a Prescription Benefits Manager.
She has always had a passion to help others manage their healthcare needs. Brenda is licensed in Life and Health Insurance and it is her pleasure to help guide our clients, understand their options, and choose healthcare plans and drug benefits that are best for their individual needs. In Brenda's spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, attending her kid’s sports activities, fishing, and being outdoors!
